If your inspections have items that you want addressed we will negotiate on your behalf to have the sellers take care of repairs.

We will work hand in hand with your lender to ensure the home is appraised. We are happy to meet the appraiser at the home and hand over comps to ensure value comes in.
Finding the perfect home can take time. We are patient and will show you as many homes needed until the right one is chosen.
A CMA is important and will assist you in better understanding the value of the home you wish to purchase. We gather all the data around the home and share it with you.
Strong negotiation skills are one of our best traits! And we will work hard to get you the very best deal possible.
We'll ensure all documentation is in order before you close. We'll make sure you see a copy of the HUD statement prior to closing. Well have you fully prepared to close.
Prior to close we'll help you secure homeowners insurance and transfer all utilities into your name so the home is ready and welcoming when you arrive.
Around three days prior to close we will conduct a final walk through of your new home. This is to ensure the home is exactly as it was when you saw it the first time.
The day you close is the day you take ownership. Well make sure everything comes together in a roaring success. We'll meet you at the front door and unlock your new home.
